Bicycle cover replacement products

In some models released in 2025, the fabric was changed to a thinner, lighter material.
As a result, we received feedback that the results were disappointing.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and concern caused.

Customers who purchased during this period will be offered a replacement product without the need to return it.
There is no cost to you (we will cover the cost including shipping).

Eligible: Customers who purchased the applicable models (New large size, New adult bicycle size) between July and September 2025

■ Regarding replacement products: Delivery period: Shipped sequentially after arrival in late October. Specifications: Same weight fabric as previous model with improved waterproofing. Windproof buckle: Changed to a magnetic type that can be attached and detached with one touch. Front and back size adjustment/elastic hem discontinued.
